Autumn Photography 101

I spent all day reading about the D70. Custom curves..RAW...NEF...brain...hurts. In the end, I think I'm getting better results. This is a leaf. Actually two.

And carry a big stick. This is really a root and not a stick. But Basil is a huge Theodore Roosevelt fan, and he seems to think its clever, so we don' t make a big deal over it.

It's A Bird...

Photographs can make the mundane appear to be dramatic. Not this one necessarily, but some do. Just an observation.
